Getting ready for Christmas and Birthday. December 2019

I stopped in at my grandparents.
I helped my grandma wrap presents.

As you can see grandpa's not much help.

Tommy was working with my grandpa.
After finishing for the day they came and bugged grandma and I.

My grandparents had a smaller tree this year. (For they're standards.)

Wrapping!

Grandma made the bows.

My grandma alternates every other year for a big tree and setting up her village.

Some didn't fit on the main table.

This scene is set up every year! :D

One year my mom noticed my grandma didn't have an orphanage in her village.

So my mom made this one out of clay as a gift.

The saying is this orphanage is truly my mom's place. Haha!
I supposedly am the one throwing snowballs down the chimney.

And there's mom with the baby looking for everyone. 😂

I stopped at my uncle and aunts to pick a few things up for my mom.
They put their lights up.
It's hard to see with the house lights on, but they have lights around the windows too.

Crocheting.

Flying

I went flying the Saturday before Christmas.
I flew from Baraboo to Green Bay and back.

This was my second cross-country solo.

Snow on one of the lakes I flew over.

This picture/painting was hung in the women's room at Green Bay.

The sun was right in front of me while flying back.

A lovely sunset at the airport.

I had to stop and get a photo.

Busy Time

My mom made these snowflakes.

Wow!

I love how she put a rose on this one.

I love decorating gifts with ribbon.

Tommy is getting very good with the wood burner kit.

Our tree looks a little sad to me.
I do prefer short needle trees.

Cleaning and dancing around.

And making new messes!

My mom took her Christmas photos.
This one is a little pale.

Here's my favorite of Samwise and I.

At work we got cookies and brownies from the company that services our freezer.
I enjoyed a brownie.

Quit a few large gifts.

Birthday Boy

I took this little guy to the car wash on his birthday.

I joked we hit a unicorn.

Quigley got chocolate custard with marshmallow on top.
He asked if it was what he got last time I took him.
Two years ago he got chocolate and cookie dough.
We bumped into Gretchen and Tommy when we stopped at Culver's.
Hence why their in the background.

A Little Extra

Homemade gifts are fun to make and always great to receive.
Mom's helping Cassy make a rag rug for her Godparents.

Beth was trying to help too.....

Helping make a mess!

Hiding a little is a tiny Baby Jesus!
