Adapt-A-Highway 2019

I helped at an Adopt-A-Highway over by Watertown through Civil Air Patrol.

Quit a lot of garbage!

A few of my sisters were with me.

Plus our mom helped as well.

A fellow cadet.

These two are close friends. 

House Project 2019

First the siding came off.

Next the porch wall.

My siblings were joking we have more than one door.

The boys did what they do well. destroy stuff. Haha! I'm only joking. 

What an "open" view.

Almost done destructing.

Now the rebuilding.

Back enclosed.

Now for the inside wall

Very open now.

Dad working on the floor.

Laying tiles.

Digging holes.

The girls are helping too.

Semi helping? 

We had a cousin from Nebraska visiting.

She helped out a bunch!

Grandpa  came to help with the deck.

My older brother came and helped as well.

We still have to add a room above the kitchen. 

We are waiting for a dry time, although we've had tons of rain!

Barn Cleaning March-June 2019

Cleaning the to story of our barn was a semi big project.

Lots of straw and grass.

We had an old stove mom finally got rid of.

Don't get me started on all the scrap metal and random stuff. 

That have been thrown up there in the past 20 years!

Someone thought this leg, (from our family's original table) made a great mustache. 

Yeah we're a bunch of goofs. 😁😉

Still a lot of scrap metal but much cleaner.

The wind blows the loose straw around.

You wouldn't believe how much shattered glass I found.

Almost done.
